Pat Paulsen and Abraham Lincoln!

Why did Americans Turned Their Backs on Their Man of Destiny?

Pat Paulsen

Honest Pat
A Man of Destiny

Scholars and historians have inevitably rated Abraham Lincoln as the greatest President of the United States. And yet in the 1960's, with the cities aflame and warfare rampant, American turned their backs on the man who was destined to eclipse even the Great Emancipator. If the proof is not in the sad record of those who the American people selected - Nixon, Ford, Carter, Bush, Clinton, and Bush, Jr. - there is the undoubted connection of Abraham Lincoln and Pat Paulsen, the Great Equivocator.

These selected samples are from Pat's website and were supplemented by more research!

  1. Lincoln was shot in Ford's Theater. Pat once owned a Ford Maverick that looked like it had been shot.

  2. Lincoln's secretary of war warned him not to go to the theater. Paulsen's manager warned him to stay away from all theaters.

  3. Lincoln's assassin, John Wilkes Booth, escaped by running from a theater and down an alleyway. On more than one occasion Pat Paulsen also had to escape from theaters by running down alleyways.

  4. Lincoln was slain in the presence of his wife. Paulsen's wife nearly killed him one night (in their Lincoln).

  5. John Wilkes Booth was captured in a barn that was burned down. Pat Paulsen has performed in theaters that looked like barns and which the audience threatened to burn down.

If the above connections aren't enough to convince the most skeptical, the birth dates of these two prime candidates of American politics, Abraham Lincoln, (February 12, 1809), and Pat Paulsen, (July 6, 1927), are exactly 43,247 days apart.

And 43,247 is the product of two primes!
